Mt. Hood

Guess where we were today??  Yep, you guessed it..we were in Oregon again...up at Mt. Hood.  Yesterday I was sitting at home getting ready for my newborn shoot I had today when the girls' modeling agency emailed and asked if Emma could be in a photo shoot for a German catalog...sure I said..when?  TOMORROW??  In Mt. Hood!!  Oh snap.  That is far,  but the good news was that we did not have to go for a casting.  These people just wanted Emma from looking at her comp card!!  YAY!!  Plus, they pay well for the job with additional pay for travel and mileage there and back. Double Yay!!  So I rescheduled my newborn for the next day..packed an overnight bag for all of us and headed down to Oregon.  Let's see...who could we stay with?  Ahhh yes, Uncle Adam, my cousin, but the girls call him Uncle Adam!!  In no time flat we were at his house enjoying a game of Sequence with him and Kobe and Alexie!!  The next morning we awoke and headed up to The Resort at the Mountain.  That is were the crew were.  After some make-up and wardrobe we were headed up to Timberline!  I even snuck in a few shots while they were not looking!!  ;)

A HUGE win!!

The girls let go of all their nerves last night and played a really, great game!  The won 15-0.  Lots of action and two grand slams!!  We lucked out too..the weather was beautiful.  Beautiful for us in the stands...super sunny and probably annoying for the girls out on the field!  After the game we headed to Zeeks for pizza.  It was fun to see them in all their excitement!!  They were all so happy and just chatting away while they enjoyed their pizza!  Tonight they play Queen Anne!!  Wishing them Goodluck!!

North Seattle ALL STARS...

So proud of Emma!!!  She did so good in her first ALL STARS game.  The pitcher was a toughie, but she was able to get a hit off of her consistently.  She plays third base because she has such a  strong arm.  She can wing it from third to first...no problem!!  They lost 3-1 to Woodinville, but hope to come home with a win tonight!!  :)  Thank you to Bruce, Francis Taylor's dad for the great pictures!! 

A meetup with other photographers...

Another meetup with photographer friends at Pike place Market.  It is so fun meeting up with other photographers.  Most I have met online from Clickimoms!!  We love to just hang out and chat about photography..oh and take pictures too...of course!!  ;)
