Just me!

I am always behind the camera..so today I set my self timer and snapped away. Self portraits are not as easy as they look...hence the chopped toe! You would have laughed if you saw me trying to take this. I had to set the self timer..run over to the spot..position myself..all in 20 seconds and CLICK! Go over to camera..see that I had cut half my head off. Start over...run back, hope I was all in the frame...nope...try again. It was exhausting. Next time I will not wear a skirt..that was just an added thing to be fixing in my 20 second dash! Maybe it is time to invest in a remote! LOL!!

Viva..Las Vegas!!!

What a whirlwind weekend!! It was packed with friends and fun!!! A few months back, Stacy had asked if we wanted to join her and Eric in Vegas for her 40th birthday. The catch was...she reeeeaaallly wanted to go to the Garth Brooks show. Hmmm...not a huge country fan...but, let's see....a kid free weekend hanging out...I am there!!! The show was actually excellent. Garth is quite the funny guy and he puts on a great show. It was actually less of a concert and more of a musical tribute to his years growing up and the music that influenced him. Of course, he did say the 90's were very, very good to Garth!! LOL!!

We had an AWESOME time. Eric had all kinds of fun stuff planned for Stacy and we were lucky to get to be apart of it all!! Thank you guys...we had a BLAST!!!

I will give you a quick re-cap of what we did. Oh and I did not take my camera with me on this trip...so all of these were taken on my crappy cell phone..so bear with me!!

We....were treated like ROCKSTARS and had a driver ready for us at the airport...YAY, no lines!!

We...enjoyed fabulous rooms at the Paris. Hanging out before the show.

We enjoyed some cocktails at the Wynn before the concert!

We loved the Garth show....which I almost got us kicked out of for taking these shots with my cell phone. They are really strict there! I know..great quality!! HAHA!!

We enjoyed the city and sunny weather. Temps in the mid 70's, cooler than normal!

We had a relaxing day at the spa in The Cosmopolitan.

We enjoyed a scrumptious Italian meal at NOVE in The Palms. We headed over there in style as we had a driver waiting to take us there too. Yes..we are dorks..pretending to be "sexy" on the bed. ROFL!!

We enjoyed ZUMANITY after dinner. A "sexy" Cirque De Soliel show. It was crazy and funny and little bit odd...perfect for our weekend and a fun surprise from the Hinzer! Thanks Eric! Again..you were not allowed to take pictures so I snuck one in.

We enjoyed some gambling. I am not a big gambler..I hate watching my money disappear into the slot machines. I would rather just light it on fire. However, Bart won about $400 playing three card poker. Go Bart...he hates slots though...so maybe that is why he won.

And last, but not least, we enjoyed our star sighting of LL Cool J. We had stopped at the candy store before heading up to bed to get the girls some souvenir candy. I am happily filling their candy buckets when I get pushed aside. I am thinking WTH...ummm..until Stacy is "freaking out" a little. ROFL. I guess when celebrities come into The Sugar Factory..they get whatever candy they want for free and us regular folk must move out of their way. That was OK..I let him get his candy....with my cell phone right up in his face...LOL!! Ladies Love Cool James!!! A perfect end to our fabulous weekend!!
