Everyday on our walk to school we pass an OBAMA sign that is posted in someone's yard right next to the sidewalk. Lauren says, "Obama" as we pass it everyday. She is proud that she is beginning to read. Yesterday as we passed it again for the bazillionth time, she says:Lauren: Mom, that says OBAMA!
Me: Yes, Lauren, it does.
Lauren: I read that everytime we pass it.
Me: Yes, you sure do.
Lauren: Even if I don't say it outloud, I say it in my head.
Me: Hmmmm...
Lauren: After a moment of pause....I sure wish Hillary Clinton was still in the game!!
What???? That was out of nowhere.....and how does a five year old know who Hillary Clinton is?? I totally cracked up!
